HARMAN is seeking a qualified professional for a role in supply chain or materials planning. The ideal candidate will have a university degree, advanced English skills, and experience with SAP & TOTVS systems, particularly in national and international materials planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer requests and analyze order volumes versus manufacturing capacity.
• Approve purchase and shipping orders, manage obsolete stock, and resolve issues with suppliers.
• Define and manage actions to resolve stock discrepancies caused by suppliers.
• Monitor and analyze weekly service volume data.
• Administer physical, in-transit, and pending stock, approve production plans, and manage stock withdrawals.
• Manage logistics costs and lead critical plant meetings regarding production, receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Oversee general inventory counts and evaluate the 5S methodology in the area.
• Handle documentation for customs audits and provide management reports.
