Job Description

The principal responsibility is the operational management of the distribution center in coordination with our logistics operator (3PL), including:

• Outbound shipping planning;
• Container receiving planning (Inbound);
• Daily follow-up on productivity and activities of the 3PL;
• Defining and contracting operational labor with 3PL;
• Inventory movements between facilities, ensuring correct processes;
• Value Added Services (VAS), including product rework management and audit of execution;
• Obsolescence control;
• Inventory reconciliation, maintaining alignment between the 3PL system and Mattel's system;
• Analysis of inventory count KPIs, ensuring proper cycle counts.

Additionally, leading continuous improvement projects for inventory processes within the distribution center.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DC logistics processes and daily shipment planning;
• 2 to 3 years of experience;
• Advanced Excel skills;
• English - minimum intermediate proficiency;
