Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions, part of Spirax Group, is seeking a talented Líder de Logística to join our on-site team in São Paulo. You will manage import logistics, coordinate procurement, and lead a capable team responsible for timely deliveries and compliance with ISO 9001, 14000 and EHS standards.

Ideal candidates have industrial engineering background with exposure to production, logistics and ERP systems, plus intermediate English.

Qualifications

• Engineering/industry background is required with exposure to industrial operations and ERP systems.
• English proficiency is desirable (intermediate).
• Experience in logistics, procurement, and import/export is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Receive customer orders and feed BOM for warehouse, anticipate billing and monitor materials awaiting import.
• Update delivery deadlines in the system and inform customers of delays or prior shipments.
• Procure imported materials with WMFTG factories via system planning or approved sales forecasts.
• Oversee international shipments, KPI import metrics, backlog, invoicing and forecast.
• Lead and support the team in logistics operations.
• Ensure ISO 9001, 14000 and EHS procedures are followed.

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Líder de Logística to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Responsável pelo recebimento dos pedidos dosclientes, pela alimentação da lista de materiais para o almoxarifado e pelaeventual antecipação de faturamento e controle dos materiais que aguardamimportação. Atualização contínua dos prazos de entrega no sistema, e aviso aosclientes sobre atrasos e/ou antecipação. Realizar a compra de materiaisimportados com as fábricas da WMFTG por meio do planejamento de materiais dosistema e/ou pelas previsões de vendas aprovadas pelo Gerente Geral. Logísticade embarques internacionais, KPI’s de importação, backlog diário, faturamento eforecast. Liderar e dar suporte a equipe.

O que você vai fazer

• Acessar os pedidosfeitos por e-mail ou pelo portal de compras e checar os dados descritos dopedido para emissão da nota fiscal.
• Conferir se o pedido está de acordo com o orçamento válido, antesde lançar no sistema.
• Informar aos responsáveis sobre divergências nos pedidos para quesejam tomadas providências.
• Verificar se os impostos estão corretos de acordo com asrespectivas legislações.
• Verificar se os dados da transportadora foram informados.
• Quando opedido estiver emitido abrir a lista de separação para a expedição, via sistemaAX.

• Verificar eatualizar diariamente a lista de ordens pendentes, onde devem constar ospedidos que ainda não foram faturados.
• Reportarinformações de faturamento para o Gerente Geral e Gerente de Operações.
• Enviarconfirmação de pedido e NFE (Nota Fiscal Eletrônica) por e-mail. Manter ocliente informado sobre previsão de entrega, e manter atualizada as datas dosistema e informar os clientes sobre atrasos e/ou antecipações.
• Realizar a compra de materiais importados comas fábricas da WMFTG por meio do planejamento de materiais do sistema e/oupelas previsões de vendas aprovadas pelo Gerente Geral.
• Fazerdiariamente follow up dos materiais que estão sendo aguardados por importação.
• Garantir ofluxo de pedidos e faturamentos diários.
• Atender osclientes dentro de sua área de atuação.
• Atender osvendedores dentro de sua área de atuação.
• Controle ePlanejamento da Logística de importação
• Emitirrelatórios de backlog diário e Forecast.
• ElaborarKPIs de importação.
• Emissão dasNotas fiscais (faturamento) e suporte aos clientes referente as Notas Fiscaisemitidas.
• Liderar aequipe e dar suporte nas atividades de seu departamento.
• Cumprir as normas e procedimentos ISO 9001, 14000 eEHS de acordo com os treinamentos aplicados periodicamente.
