Job Title: Legal & Compliance Senior Analyst - iGaming & Betting Industry

Salary: Up to 18k BRL Monthly

About the Role:

This position focuses on ensuring legal and regulatory compliance for the Brazilian market within an international online gaming environment. It involves supporting licensing processes, reviewing contracts, and working across teams to align business operations with legal requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Brazilian laws and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain legal and compliance frameworks for local regulations.
• Support license applications and ongoing regulatory reporting.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including third-party and data processing agreements.
• Provide legal guidance on product launches and company operations.
• Collaborate with cross-border teams, especially in Colombia and Australia.

Desired Skillset:

• Fluent in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 4 years of contract drafting experience.
• Strong understanding of AML, KYC/CDD, Consumer Law, and Data Protection.
• Familiarity with Latin American and EU regulations is beneficial.
• Experience dealing with regulators and external auditors.
• Proficiency with tools like Google Suite, Slack, and Airtable.
• Background in gambling, sports, or international environments is a plus.
