The opportunity

As part of our Learning & Development (L&D) Center of Expertise, we are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist for the Induction Program, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing induction training for new employees. This role ensures effective integration into the company culture, understanding of roles, and acquisition of necessary skills and knowledge.

In this newly created role, you will be part of a small, agile team shaping and executing the global Induction program, developing impactful learning experiences that support individual growth and organizational integration.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Support the implementation of a comprehensive induction program covering policies, culture, training, and compliance.
• Develop engaging learning content tailored to diverse employees, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning materials.
• Utilize digital platforms and tools to deliver scalable and impactful induction experiences.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts across functions and business units to incorporate all requirements into the program.
• Evaluate induction effectiveness through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
• Continuously improve the program based on data and feedback, proposing creative solutions.

Your background

• Experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Leadership Development within HR.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Project management and collaboration skills, preferably in cross-cultural, international settings.
• Familiarity with learning technologies, LMS platforms, and digital learning tools.
• Experience in designing L&D programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
