Job summary

Allied MFG Pte Ltd in Brazil's North region seeks an Assembly & Packing Lead to supervise daily order consolidation and packing activities. You will manage a 5-person team, ensure on-time readiness for shipment, and maintain equipment with a focus on 5S and quality. Proficiency with laser marking and color printing is beneficial.

The role requires experience in metal products or similar fast-moving environments, and strong leadership skills to coordinate projects and prioritize timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3 yrs work experience in assembly and packing environments
• Experience in metal products is an advantage
• Packing goods ahead of shipping by at least one week
• Ability to lead a 5-man team or more

Responsibilities

• Daily consolidation of orders; hands-on work for first 3 months
• Allocate 2–3 staff per project and oversee packing
• Ensure goods are packed and ready for shipment before delivery date
• Set up a document control center for staff reference
• Maintain packing equipment and apply 5S on the production floor
• Understand and operate Laser Mark and Printing machines; mark and print metals
• Resolve technical issues independently and promptly
• Perform routine machine checks and maintain daily reports
• Duties assigned by immediate superior

Job responsibilities

• Daily Consolidation of Single or multiple Orders to pack, Hands ON (First 3 months)
• Take up dedicated projects and ensure the packaging is competed and ready to send before delivery date.
• Perform label printing for Goods to send & packing list.
• Setup document control center for all staff to refer when needed.
• To allocate 2-3 man team for each project.
• Understand every items to pack or Assemble to dedicate to picker & packer.
• Cross Train every staff ability to perform Re-Threading process correctly as per drawings required.
• Understand finishing requirements for each items. Eg-Powder Coat color, Scratches, treatments and so on (Technical Knowledge)
• Ensure parts arepack & secure for long distance transportation.
• Maintain allpacking equipment in top working condition by scheduling all maintenance needs,repair and applying 5S in production floor.
• Understand the usage of Laser Mark Machine & Printing machine. (Software & Hardware)
• Perform Laser Marking for all Alu, Stainless Steel and Metals parts.
• Perform Color Printing for Alu, Stainless Steel and Metals parts.
• Resolve Technical issue immediately independently.
• Perform routine check on machine(s) and equipment(s) assigned. Ensure that maintenance report is updated daily.
• Duties assign by immediate Superior.

Job Requirements

• Preferably 3 yrs work experience in Assembly and packing environments of fast moving products
• Experience working in Metal product Company would be an advantage
• Ensure Packing goods are prepared and ready to be shipped at least one week ahead.
• Ability to lead at least a 5-man team.
