EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to design, automate, deploy, and operate an enterprise Amazon Connect platform using AWS architecture, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.

You will deliver production-ready solutions from concept to deployment while setting modern engineering standards. You will lead end-to-end design, build scalable AWS solutions, and own deployment governance and operational excellence across the platform.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience with Amazon Connect in enterprise environments.
• Proven leadership owning platform modernization and operational excellence.
• Hands-on CI/CD pipeline experience with Git-driven development and deployment governance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end design and engineering of an enterprise Amazon Connect platform.
• Architect secure, scalable AWS solutions supporting contact center workflows.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable releases.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code with CloudFormation to automate provisioning.
• Own production readiness including deployment governance and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues across cloud services and integrations.
