EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Data Analyst with a strong background in Pharmaceutical, Clinical, or Biological sciences to join our team supporting a major pharmaceutical client’s in vitro application portfolio. You will partner with client-side applications and SMEs to enhance R&D workflows and data ecosystems, while mentoring a distributed team of engineers.

• Strong ability to translate scientific concepts for technical teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as domain expert for a team of ~15 engineers (Full-Stack and Data Engineers).
• Guide engineering team to a clear understanding of in vitro applications, data flows and the application ecosystem.
• Create clear visualizations of the portfolio and data flows; develop docs and knowledge resources for engineers.
• Translate scientific concepts into accessible formats for technical staff and workflows.
• Work independently against deliverables while coordinating with an internationally distributed team.
