Prepare journal entries and assist in month-end close activities. Perform account reconciliations and maintain documentation accuracy. Support audit requests and compliance tracking. Collaborate with teams to resolve reporting discrepancies and monitor closing activities across all deliveries. Contribute to process improvement and automation efforts. Helps to be a focal point of the customer and prepare monthly metrics. Lead monthly operational meetings with client.
