Genpact in Brazil is seeking a Specialist - Treasury to support operational reporting, cash management, and treasury processes. The role sits in a fast-moving, AI-driven environment where you will contribute to actionable insights and scalable treasury solutions.

You will undergo comprehensive training on cash and liquidity management, banking operations, and treasury policy compliance. A hybrid work model in Brazil is offered, with Portuguese proficiency required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or higher in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Master's degree in Finance is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of treasury processes and controls.
• Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial tools.
• Fluent Portuguese with strong communication skills.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Prepare operational reports and dashboards for internal and client use.
• Maintain SOPs and assist in documentation for treasury processes.
• Support client issue resolution and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist in resource planning and business continuity documentation.
• Contribute to treasury system implementation and testing.

Learning & Development

• Undergo comprehensive training on treasury functions including cash management, liquidity management, risk management, and banking operations.
• Understand internal treasury policies, compliance requirements, and financial controls.
• Develop knowledge of treasury management systems (TMS) and related financial tools.
• Cash and Liquidity Management Support: Assist in daily cash positioning and liquidity monitoring activities. Support cash flow forecasting and updating liquidity reports. Help ensure optimal utilization of company cash and manage funding requirements.
• Banking Operations Support: The processing of bank transactions, including payments, receipts, and intercompany transfers. Assist in bank account management activities such as account openings, closures, and reconciliations.
