This position involves managing the MMS LATAM technical service teams to ensure successful implementation of MMS solutions and ongoing support, delivering a positive customer/partner experience. Responsibilities include creating and executing strategies for the technical services organization, leading field operations, managing the technical services P&L, monitoring sales, and controlling costs. The role requires ensuring all services are executed timely and aligned with business and global organization plans.

Medication Management Solutions (MMS)

Our MMS team manages multiple systems to ensure medications are available when and where needed, reducing waste and inefficiency for nursing and pharmacy teams.

Main Functions

  • Manage the technical service department and resources.
  • Provide high-quality service to customers and channel partners.
  • Sell and offer service products tailored to customer needs.
  • Achieve income goals and contribute to organizational objectives.
  • Develop and implement departmental strategies.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project timeliness and revenue recognition.
  • Ensure positive customer implementation experiences.
  • Control departmental expenses and manage the technical services P&L.
  • Ensure efficient operation of the technical services organization, contributing to the business bottom line.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Experience managing technical service teams, with a focus on service delivery and profitability improvement.
  • Master's degree in management (desirable).
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Intermediate Spanish skills.
