Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner, seeks a Language Alignment & Resource Partner for a freelance AI trainer project based remotely in Brazil. You will review, annotate, and validate AI outputs to ensure linguistic quality, naturalness, and cultural relevance for your native language.

You will transform feedback into practical educational resources and collaborate with stakeholders to improve AI task outputs, all in a remote, project-based setup.

Responsibilities

• Review, annotate, and test AI-generated content for grammatical accuracy, naturalness, clarity, and cultural relevance.
• Evaluate language outputs against established quality standards and project-specific requirements.
• Identify and correct subtle linguistic errors, unnatural expressions, awkward phrasing, and cultural inconsistencies in your native language.
• Act as a key quality checkpoint during production, helping prevent recurring language issues and maintain consistent standards.
• Analyze quality trends and recurring errors to identify opportunities for improvement across AI data tasks.
• Turn raw feedback and quality findings into structured, actionable educational resources and documentation.
• Provide specialized linguistic consultation and native-language vetting as projects scale.
• Collaborate with relevant project stakeholders to improve alignment between AI task outputs and campaign expectations.

Help improve the quality, naturalness, and cultural accuracy of AI-generated content by applying your native-level language expertise to a specialized AI data project. As a Language Alignment & Resource Partner, you will review, annotate, and validate AI outputs to ensure they meet high linguistic standards and reflect authentic language usage. You will identify subtle grammatical issues, awkward phrasing, and cultural inconsistencies that could affect the quality of AI interactions. Beyond quality assurance, you will transform feedback and recurring quality trends into practical educational resources that support continuous improvement. Working independently in a remote, project-based environment, you will contribute to more reliable, inclusive, and human-like AI communication. Requirements

The ideal candidate has a strong background in language-focused work, experience evaluating or annotating human-generated data, and the ability to identify nuanced linguistic and cultural issues. You should be comfortable working autonomously, applying detailed quality standards, and translating observations into clear guidance.

• Professional or educational experience in linguistics, education, or another field requiring strong linguistic attention to detail.

• Previous hands-on experience in human data evaluation, data annotation, or a related quality assurance activity.

• Verified English proficiency at C1 or C2 level.

• Native-level proficiency in the target language, with an excellent understanding of grammar, idiomatic expressions, and cultural nuance.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify subtle language inconsistencies and unnatural phrasing.

• Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, structured, and actionable documentation.

• Ability to analyze quality trends and convert feedback into practical educational resources.

• A meticulous, independent, and systematic approach to reviewing language data and following project guidelines.

• Access to a secure computer and reliable high-speed internet for remote work.

Benefits
