Alibaba is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to support project management, PR activities, and vendor payments within our dynamic marketing team in Brazil. You will maintain the task management system, liaise with PR contacts and agencies, and process vendor invoices while collaborating across campaigns to keep workstreams aligned and on schedule.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in a marketing coordination, operations, or administrative support role.
• Exposure to invoice/vendor payment processing and PR coordination is a plus.
• Strong organisation and task-tracking with project management tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication with internal teams, PR contacts, and vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up with team members on daily tasks and elevate blockers to the Marketing Operations Manager.
• Maintain the team's task management system, ensuring entries are current, accurate, and reflective of live workstreams.
• Support the coordination and execution of PR activities and liaise with external PR contacts and agencies as directed.
• Receive and process invoices from marketing vendors and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist and Social Media Executive to support campaigns and marketing activity, ensuring workstreams stay on schedule.
• Undertake additional duties as reasonably directed by the Marketing Operations Manager, within the scope of the marketing function.

Project Management

• Follow up with team members on daily tasks and elevate blockers to the Marketing Operations Manager.
• Maintain the team's task management system, ensuring all entries are current, accurate, and reflective of live workstreams.

PR

• Support the coordination and execution of Koko's PR activities.
• Liaise with external PR contacts and agencies as directed.
• Assist with the preparation of press materials and communications.

Vendor Payments

• Receive and process invoices from KOLs, agencies, and other marketing vendors.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
• Maintain records of all vendor invoices and payment status.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist and Social Media Executive to support the delivery of campaigns, content, and marketing activity.
• Act as a coordination point across the Marketing Operations Manager's vertical, ensuring workstreams are aligned and moving to schedule.

General

• Undertake additional duties as reasonably directed by the Marketing Operations Manager, within the scope of the marketing function.

Position Requirement

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related — or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in a marketing coordination, operations, or administrative support role.
• Exposure to invoice/vendor payment processing and PR coordination is a plus
• Strong organisation and task-tracking, with hands-on use of project/task management tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication for liaising with internal teams, PR contacts, and vendors.
• Accuracy in maintaining invoice and payment records, and coordinating with procurement.
