Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop long-term and short-term subsidy investment plans based on business objectives, and coordinate subsidy strategies with stakeholders to ensure plan execution.
2. Establish efficiency evaluation mechanisms for user-side growth drivers, optimize resource allocation, and guide business strategy iterations.
3. Analyze user transaction behavior, identify the impact of different subsidy tools/projects on transaction growth, optimize subsidy allocation, and drive business strategy improvements.
4. Evaluate the efficiency of various resource projects, identify high-potential new tools, and discover opportunities for efficient investment.
5. Participate in goal-setting, experiment design, process monitoring, and efficiency/effect evaluation of key subsidy projects, ensuring successful implementation.

Job Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in internet business analysis, with deep understanding of commercial and business logic; budget management/user operation experience preferred.
2. Strong logical thinking, global perspective, and attention to detail.
3. Proficient in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and high-quality reporting with actionable insights.
4. Project management skills and effective cross-functional communication.
5. Goal-oriented, self-driven, and skilled in summarization and refinement.
6. Ability to work in an English-speaking environment.
