About the Role

We are seeking a Web Designer & Developer to join a growing creative team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design and development, bringing visual ideas to life through beautifully crafted websites and digital experiences. You’ll play a key role in shaping user interaction across digital touchpoints, owning Webflow development, landing page optimization, and technical integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Own and execute front-end development initiatives, including new website pages, landing pages, and maintenance
• Develop websites and components using Webflow CMS, writing clean and scalable code
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to translate concepts and mockups into high-converting web pages
• Integrate websites with third-party tools (CRMs, analytics, automation platforms, etc.)
• Set up and manage analytics, tracking, and attribution systems to monitor performance
• Optimize websites for SEO, loading speed, and mobile responsiveness
• Continuously improve site performance based on data insights, testing, and user feedback
• Stay updated with web design trends and front-end development best practices

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in front-end web development
• Strong proficiency in Webflow, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Experience with React or similar JavaScript frameworks
• Proven track record of developing responsive, user-friendly websites
• Experience with third-party API integrations
• Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of SEO best practices and performance optimization
• Experience working remotely across different time zones
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
• Familiarity with Figma or other modern design tools
