• Experiência em indústrias Mecânicas/Metalúrgicas é desejável.
• Acesso fácil a Jaguariúna é necessário.
• Capacidade de prestar atendimento via telefone, e-mail e WhatsApp.

Responsabilidades

• Prestar atendimento ao cliente durante vendas e pós-venda.
• Monitorar o cumprimento de orçamentos e pedidos.
• Registrar pedidos no sistema para controle e faturamento.

Conhecimentos

Experiência com rotinas na área comercial/vendas

Conhecimento de SAP ERP

Conhecimento do Pacote Office

Formação académica

Requirements

Experience with routines in the commercial/sales area

• Knowledge of SAP ERP (Advantage)

• Technical education in Mechanics, Electromechanics or Electrotechnics (desirable)

• Experience in Mechanical/Metallurgical Industries (desirable)

• Intermediate knowledge of Office Package

• Easy access to Jaguariúna

Main Activities

• Provide customer service via telephone, email and WhatsApp

• Assist customers during sales and after-sales

• Monitor the fulfillment of budgets and orders within the deadlines negotiated with the customer

• Register orders in the system, for control and billing

• Prepare reports for the superior's knowledge and actions

• Perform other tasks related to the position, at the superior's discretion.
