Job summary

Fever, the world-leading culture and live entertainment platform, is seeking a Partner Onboarding Specialist in São Paulo. You will guide new partners through the first steps, ensure accurate information, and assist on the billing side while coordinating with the Sales Team to translate deals into operational data.

The role requires strong Portuguese and English, a calm, problem-solving approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of new partners and guide them through the first steps.
• Provide accurate, complete information to partners and solve questions or problems.
• Guide partners through Fever's internal platform.
• Assist partners in the billing process.
• Maintain close communications with the Sales Team.
• Translate new deals from Sales into standardized operational information.
• Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to deliver excellent partner service.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the onboarding of new partners, guiding them through the first steps
• Give support to partners providing accurate, valid and complete information, solving questions and problems
• Guide the partners through our internal platform
• Assist partners in the billing process
• Maintain close communications with the Sales Team
• Translate new deals provided by the Sales Team into standardized information for operational purposes
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to deliver the best possible service to the partner

Who You Are:

• You have 1-2 years of relevant experience in dealing with partners or in a customer service area.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced working environment
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
• You are able to handle delicate conversations with a calm, problem-solving approach
• Advanced level of Portuguese and English
• You are a go-ahead type of person, organized and motivated.
• Excellent eye for detail and accuracy
