Role Overview

We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Manager/Coordinator based in Brazil to support the CEO with campaign management and client task coordination. This role requires someone who is extremely detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in keeping projects on track. You’ll be responsible for ensuring accuracy in campaign execution, tracking performance data, and keeping client tasks moving forward without missing a beat.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Support & Execution

• Meticulously upload and organize ad creatives across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.), ensuring accuracy.
• Export campaign performance data, double-check for errors, and create clear, digestible performance reports.
• Assist in basic campaign adjustments, such as updating budgets or pausing underperforming ads.

Client & Project Management

• Closely track client deliverables, ensuring no deadline is missed.
• Communicate with internal teams to follow up on outstanding tasks and flag potential issues early.
• Keep the CEO updated with structured, detail-rich reports on campaign performance and client projects.

Marketing Operations & Data Visualization

• Support with compiling error-free reports, dashboards, and insights on campaign performance.
• Organize and maintain internal project trackers with meticulous accuracy.
• Help document workflows and improve team efficiency with well-structured processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, or project management.
• Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, and basic data visualization.
• Familiarity with advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads) is a requirement.
• Fluency in English (strong written and verbal communication skills).
• Extreme attention to detail – You triple-check your work and ensure everything is executed flawlessly.
