In this role, you’ll be hands-on with real tools—helping to streamline IT workflows, integrate SaaS platforms, and experiment with cutting-edge AI solutions. You'll contribute to automation projects, collaborate with experienced engineers, and gain valuable exposure to security operations and low-code platforms. Accountabilities:

• Assist in automating internal workflows using low-code tools like Make and n8n.
• Support tool integration and system maintenance (e.g., Google Workspace, Jira, Notion).
• Work on AI-driven agentic systems using technologies like LangChain, CrewAI, and Cursor AI.
• Participate in InfoSec operations such as access controls and incident response.
• Collaborate on building automation prototypes and AI agents for internal use.
• Document processes, maintain system integrity, and contribute to a culture of innovation.

• Strong interest in AI automation, LLMs, and emerging agentic systems.
• Basic experience with Python or JavaScript, ideally for automation or scripting.
• Exposure to platforms like LangChain, OpenAI, or CrewAI, even through personal or online projects.
• Familiarity with tools such as Make, Firebase, Notion, Jira, or n8n is a plus.
• Understanding of IT systems, APIs, and cloud-based tools.
• Excellent communication skills and self-management in remote, async-first teams.
• A learning mindset and ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
