Find Your Audience (FYA) is not your typical marketing company. Here’s what we’re not:

• A creative agency
• A media agency
• A management consulting firm

We’re a unique marketing operations as a service (MOaaS) company based in Canada, working with some of the country’s largest B2B companies across various industries.

This year, we transitioned to a remote-first model and expanded our international team. You will have the opportunity to work from home while collaborating with a talented global team.

We’re now looking to grow by adding a Jr. Graphic Designer to our creative team.

As a Jr. Graphic Designer, you will work on multiple projects with varying deadlines in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a team of skilled designers on projects such as:

• Branding and rebranding
• Video and animation content
• Tradeshow booth designs
• Large-scale promotional campaigns
• UI/UX design

Here are the skills and experiences we value:

Technical Qualifications

• Good writing and verbal communication in English
• Strong core design skills (layout, typography, color theory, print management)
• Experience with Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Experience in digital illustration
• Experience with motion design (After Effects, Premiere, etc.)

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Figma
• Video editing and color correction skills
• 3D modeling and rendering experience
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS

Organizational and Communication Skills

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Independent work ethic and meeting tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, problem-solving skills
• Teamwork, collaboration, and adaptability to company culture
