Jobtailor in Campinas, Brazil, is seeking a results-oriented professional to oversee contracting developments/modules. You will prepare and monitor engineering processes and track checklists to ensure timely revenue releases aligned with construction progress.

Responsibilities include coordinating Credit and Legal reviews for developments, supervising mortgage releases of units, and preparing area control reports.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Competent in Excel (intermediate)
