Job summary

STAFFKING PTE LTD in North Region seeks an estimator/quotations coordinator responsible for preparing cost estimates from diagrams and technical specs. You will maintain SORs/TDS and liaise with clients to clarify requirements and scope.

You will consolidate tender submissions, coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of quotes. A practical understanding of electrical and mechanical components and basic hand tools is required.

Qualifications

• NITEC / Higher NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related fields.
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical components, wiring, and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for project enquiries based on diagrams, layouts, and specifications.
• Prepare and maintain Schedules of Rates (SOR) and Technical Data Sheets (TDS).
• Liaise with clients to clarify requirements and scope of work.
• Consolidate and prepare final tender submission documents per client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure timely submission of quotations and tenders.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
