Jobtailor seeks a motivated trainee in São Paulo to join our development team. You will support automation of internal processes, work with AI tools, and contribute to feature development under guidance.

Ideal candidates are pursuing or completed degrees in technology fields, with basic programming knowledge, Git familiarity, and a strong willingness to learn and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• Degree (in progress or completed) in Technology-related fields such as Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related areas.

• Support the development and automation of internal processes and tools.

• Develop, test, and maintain features and integrations under the guidance of more experienced professionals.
• Fix bugs and implement improvements in internal systems and workflows.
• Participate in code reviews and agile team ceremonies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand needs and propose solutions.
• Document activities and contribute to the advancement of development best practices and the use of AI.

Responsibilities

• Use Artificial Intelligence tools (such as code assistants and AI models) to accelerate development and increase productivity.
• Develop, test, and maintain features and integrations under the guidance of more experienced professionals.

Requirements

• Degree (in progress or completed) in Technology-related fields such as Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related areas.
• Basic knowledge of programming logic and at least one programming language.
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence and AI tools applied to development (e.g., code assistants).
• Familiarity with source control (e.g., Git).
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Good communication, organizational skills, and a strong willingness to learn.

Core Competencies

Demonstrates proficiency in programming logic and at least one programming language, with a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance development processes. Capable of collaborating effectively with teams, documenting activities, and contributing to best practices in software development.
