Jobtailor is seeking an OT Security professional to protect Industrial Control System environments and mitigate vulnerabilities. You will analyze risks, monitor IDS/IPS alerts, and respond to incidents while aligning security with process availability.

The role requires a completed IT degree and at least two years of OT security experience, with on-site work in Rio de Janeiro. You will help drive security architecture and support audits.

Responsabilidades

• Protect Operational Technology environments by identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate vulnerabilities in industrial systems.
• Continuously monitor alerts generated by IDS/IPS in OT networks.
• Correlate events and respond to incidents.
• Participate in defining and reviewing security architecture for industrial environments.
• Ensure network segmentation and enforce access control policies.
• Conduct vulnerability scans, risk analyses, and corrective action plans per ISA/IEC 62443.
• Collaborate with engineering and automation teams to align security with operational availability.
• Support audits and prepare technical reports.
• Drive continuous improvements to OT security policies and KPIs.
