THE JOB

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our finance team at Live Nation Brazil in managing day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have a foundational knowledge of accounting principles, be enthusiastic about the industry, and possess strong analytical skills.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Manage accounting for individual venue revenue and expense accounts
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial reports and statements
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures / policies, including Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
• Help maintain the integrity of the general ledger
• Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and reporting systems
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and financial routine tasks as needed

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Advanced English skills
• Knowledge of accounting software (Oracle a plus)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly
