As a Junior Product Designer at Rappi, you will craft intuitive, engaging experiences using user-centered design principles. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify user needs, develop design solutions, and produce high-quality designs aligning with user and business goals.

You will enhance the experiences of our couriers—key partners in our platform—by creating solutions that streamline their daily operations, making them easier, more efficient, and more rewarding.

Your responsibilities include:

• Designing user interfaces and experiences across devices based on requirements.
• Supporting product teams in translating ideas into wireframes, prototypes, and visuals.
• Participating in user research and analyzing findings to inform designs.
• Applying and maintaining design system components for consistency.
• Contributing ideas during critiques and team meetings.
• Staying updated on UX/UI best practices and developing your skills.

What are the requirements to join our neon universe?

• 1–2 years of experience in product, UX/UI design, or related roles (internships and freelance work included).
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Ability to collaborate and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Spanish and comfortable with basic English reading and writing.
• This is a remote position in the Americas.
• Basic understanding of web and mobile design principles.
• Skills in interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.
• Good communication skills for explaining design ideas.
• Eagerness to learn from feedback and work effectively with teams.
