Qualificações

• Experiência em tecnologias CMF e testes de materiais.
• Fluente em inglês; conhecimentos de outras línguas são um diferencial.
• Familiaridade com processos de fabricação para plásticos, metais e vidro.

Responsabilidades

• Gerenciar entregas de CMF em projetos de desenvolvimento de produtos.

What you’ll do:

As a CMF Designer at Electrolux, you will be involved in every aspect of the design process. You’ll be at the heart of shaping the future of home living through CMF and trend research, material innovation, and storytelling to craft compelling design narratives that resonate with sustainability and user experience. Working within a dynamic, cross-functional team, you’ll bring ideas to life—from concept to production—while collaborating with global partners and suppliers, to ideate, visualize, and develop proposals for colors, materials, and finishes. In detail, you will:

• Manage CMF deliverables across multiple product development projects.

• Develop and implement CMF strategies and palettes for specific brands or categories.

• Create digital and physical CMF presentations based on research and trend analysis.

• Approve final colors, materials, and finishes for production, ensuring design intent.

• Communicate with suppliers during the color matching and material sourcing process.

• Maintain internal libraries of materials and finishes, and explore new resources.

• Create and update CMF guidelines and templates to ensure consistency.

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EAI – Electrolux Always Improve).

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Graphic Design, or related field.

• A portfolio/personal website with relevant material for analysis (MUST be submitted with CV to be considered for this position)

• Proficient in Adobe Suite, KeyShot, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of 3D/2D visualization tools.

• Experienced in CMF technologies, trend research, and material testing.

• Strong communicator with excellent presentation and stakeholder influencing skills.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Familiar with manufacturing processes for plastics, metals, and glass.

You will be based at the Guabirotuba plant in Curitiba. One of the focal points for all Latin American Electrolux operations, this plant is the base for over 3200 collaborators, all focused on transforming the way the world lives by shaping lives for the better with their work.
