Job summary

Customertimes is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer to design, build, and extend scalable customer engagement solutions on Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. Based in LATAM, you will design, implement, and optimize CRM solutions, including Sales customization, Dataverse, and API integrations, while mentoring junior developers.

You will work with Azure services, security models, and DevOps practices to support full lifecycle delivery in a global context.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on development with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales customization and extensibility.
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, and custom workflow activities.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, Azure services and data migration tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Dynamics 365 CE solutions using plugins and Power Platform extensibility tools.
• Translate functional requirements into robust technical designs and implementations.

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer to design, build, and extend scalable customer engagement solutions on Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.

Location: LATAM.

• Design and develop custom solutions on Dynamics 365 CE using plugins, custom workflows, and Power Platform extensibility tools;

• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, business stakeholders, and project managers.

• Solid understanding of integration approaches, REST/SOAP APIs, Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus), and data migration tools (e.g., KingswaySoft, Data Migration Utility);
• Experience with security role configuration, solution management (managed/unmanaged solutions, ALM), and Power Platform DevOps/CI/CD practices;
• Experience working across the full development lifecycle, from technical design through deployment and support;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
• English proficiency sufficient for direct communication with international customers.
