Customertimes seeks an experienced Middle/Senior Salesforce Developer to support a long-term project for a US university. You will evolve and support the Salesforce environment, build in Apex and LWC, and handle integrations and backlog items.

Work closely with analysts, architects, and client teams to deliver scalable designs. The role requires strong Salesforce expertise, DX and devops familiarity, and a foundation in data security and governor limits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams; fluency in English required.
• Proven experience in supporting and implementing Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce DX and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.

About this job:

We are looking for a Middle and Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Salesforce team and support a long-term project for a leading US university in the Higher Education industry. The project focuses on the evolution and support of the university's Salesforce environment as it transitions toward a Managed Services model. You will work on Salesforce development, platform enhancements, integrations, and backlog items, collaborating closely with business analysts, architects, and the client's team.

Hybrid work may become available if the company opens an office in São Paulo

How you'll make an impact:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements;
• Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations with external systems;
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs;
• Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce configurations and customizations;
