Qualificações

• Primeira experiência em Atendimento ao Cliente ou possivelmente como recepcionista ou assistente pessoal.
• Familiaridade com ferramentas de atendimento ao cliente.
• Habilidades comportamentais: foco no cliente, organização e comunicação.

Responsabilidades

• Lida com interações recebidas respeitando diretrizes.
• Gera feedback de clientes quando necessário.
• Gerencia seu backlog de ações/e-mails.
