O candidato ideal terá foco no cliente, desejável experiência anterior em atendimento ou recepção, e será capaz de gerenciar interações e backlog de ações. Qualificações

• Experiência anterior em Atendimento ao Cliente ou como recepcionista ou assistente pessoal.
• Familiaridade com ferramentas de Atendimento ao Cliente.
• Capacidade de construir relacionamentos fortes com os clientes.

Responsabilidades

• Gerenciar interações recebidas conforme as diretrizes.
• Gerar feedback dos clientes quando necessário.
• Gerenciar backlog próprio de ações/e-mails.
