CI&T, a global technology leader, seeks a Senior .NET Developer in Brazil to design, build, and integrate back-end services using C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server.

You will collaborate with teams across Brazil, Colombia, the UK, and the USA, delivering high-quality APIs and services while communicating in English.

You will mentor juniors, review code, and contribute to CI/CD practices, ensuring reliability and continuous improvement in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Qualificações

• Strong experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core in production systems.
• Solid understanding of ADO.NET and SQL Server, with database design and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with SOAP and RESTful services.
• Proficiency in XML serialization/deserialization.
• Good knowledge of software design patterns and best practices.
• Effective communication and resilience in multicultural teams.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

Position Overview

As a Senior .NET Developer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and integrating complex software solutions focused on back-end development. Working closely with a diverse team across Brazil, Colombia, the UK, and the USA, you will ensure high-quality deliverables that align with client expectations, all while communicating in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintainback-end services using C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server.
• Implement and evolveSOAP and REST APIs, ensuring adherence to best practices and versioning standards.
• Ensure service reliabilitythrough unit and integration testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborateon integration between various systems and services, applying software design patterns.
• Conduct code reviewsand provide mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay updatedwith emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to enhance existing solutions.
• Contribute to CI/CD workflowsand best practices to improve development efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-have Skills:

• Strong experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core in production systems.
• Solid understanding of ADO.NET and SQL Server, with experience in database design and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with SOAP and RESTful services.
