CI&T is seeking a results-driven full-stack developer to join our worldwide delivery teams. You will design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using modern frameworks, with emphasis on React, Node.js, and cloud-native technologies.

You will mentor junior developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and help raise our coding standards and best practices. The role offers a collaborative environment, continuous learning, and strong benefits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Solid experience with full-stack development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and server-side languages (C# and Node.js).
• Strong front-end experience with React.
• Experience with AWS RDS/Aurora or PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases.
• CI/CD pipelines with CircleCI, AWS CDK; familiar with Terraform/CloudFormation.
• Version control with Git/GitHub; RESTful APIs; microservices & event-driven architectures.
• WCAG accessibility best practices.
• IaC using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Advanced English for conversation.

Responsabilidades

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Solid experience in full-stack development, strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and server-side languages (C# and Node.js are required).
• Solid experience with modern front-end frameworks (React is required).
• Experience in AWS RDS services (Aurora/PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with AWS and Cloud deployment.
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines (Circle CI and AWS CDK).
• Familiarity with version control systems and their platforms (Git and GitHub are required).
• Good understanding of designing RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of micro-service and event-driven architectures.
• Best practices and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Understanding of implementing infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
• Advanced English for conversation.

Skills:

• Strong algorithm design, logical and reasoning skills.
• Ability to deliver POCs, MVPs, Experiments, technology evaluations following design-thinking practices.
• Ability to orchestrate efforts needed to prioritize business initiatives across complex change agendas.
• Excellent communication, and work in a team environment to collaborate with other Developers, Architects, Product Managers, Business Analysts and Infrastructure teams.
• Problem solving skills.
