The role emphasizes collaboration with architects, product owners, QA, and DevOps, while mentoring junior engineers and advancing AI adoption across projects.

Qualificações

• Must-have: Expert Java, strong Python, OO design.
• Experience with Spring Boot and RESTful API design.
• Cloud/data engineering: Azure, Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, SQL.
• Familiar with microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven design.
• DevOps: Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Agile/Scrum.
• AI-first development and AI-assisted tooling usage.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; fluent English.

Senior Java + Python Developer with AI Skills!

We are seeking a highly skilled Mid-Level Software Engineer with expertise in Java and Python who is passionate about building modern, scalable software while leveraging Artificial Intelligence to dramatically improve engineering productivity. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who embraces AI-first software development, automates repetitive engineering tasks, and takes end-to-end ownership of the services they build.

Must-Have Skills (Required)

• Core Programming: Expert-level Java, Strong Python development, Object-Oriented Design, Spring Boot, RESTful API Development.
• Cloud & Data Engineering: Microsoft Azure, Azure Databricks, Apache Spark, Delta Lake, SQL and Data Modeling.
• Architecture & Microservices: Microservices Architecture, Distributed Systems, Event-Driven Architecture, REST API Design.
• DevOps & Modern SDLC: Git, CI/CD Pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Agile/Scrum practices.

Software Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud-native applications and microservices.

• Deliver production-ready software following Agile and DevOps best practices.

AI-First Engineering

• Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve software delivery speed, quality, and consistency.
• Build reusable AI workflows that automate repetitive engineering activities.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve developer productivity using AI.

Developer Productivity & Automation

• Develop AI-driven solutions to automate code generation, testing, documentation, debugging, refactoring, and CI/CD pipelines.

Collaboration

• Work closely with architects, product owners, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers while promoting engineering excellence and AI adoption.
