Qualificações

• 4+ anos de experiência como Analista de Negócios ou funções relacionadas.
• Proficiência em Agile Scrum e metodologias DevOps.
• Habilidades intermediárias a avançadas em inglês.

Responsibilities

• Information gathering and researching business needs to identify key business challenges and opportunities for products;
• Deliver precise technical and functional specifications on workflows, business rules, outstanding issues, data analysis and data mapping to product engineering team;
• Participate in cross-functional integration testing to validate solutions;
• Contributing to the analytical strategy and defining user requirements, facilitating product execution in tandem with partners/stakeholders;
• Understand, document and explain issues and requirements from both a technical and business point of view;
• Analyze and bridge functionality gaps, enhancements and other issues;
• Contribute to the identification of potential solutions through a user-centric approach, gathering and analyzing user market data, user intelligence, competitive information as well as internal capabilities and capacity;
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement software specifications and ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle;
• Participate throughout the development release train in an agile environment striving for continuous integration/continuous release;
• Conduct gap analysis between application and customer requirements and collaborate with design and developers to estimate project impact;
• Provide insight during complex product development projects;
• Ensure and validate deliverables against design specifications and business requirements;
• Identify and implement process improvements across development teams.

Experience and Qualifications

• Availability for hybrid work 1-2 times a week in São Paulo/SP;
• Intermediate to advanced English;
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS);
• 4+ years of experience working with software development projects in a business analyst capacity;
• 4+ years experience working in a software engineering or software development role;
• Collaborative attitude, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset;
• Ability to establish and cultivate effective cross-functional relationships;
• Experience managing business requirements processes, including documentation and process flow creation;
• Drive for building quality software and understanding how to translate ideas into code;
• Familiarity with analytics and using data to inform business decisions;
• Proficiency in Agile Scrum and DevOps methodologies, with experience facilitating collaboration between teams;
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps, and analyzing their impact on business processes.
