What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience administering JIRA Cloud environments.

• Experience configuring workflows, fields, permissions, and automations in JIRA Cloud.
• Knowledge of JIRA administration best practices.
• Experience integrating JIRA with tools like Git, Slack, Jenkins.
• User management and role-based access control experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and contribute to libraries.
• Experience with CI/CD processes.
• Detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Ability to handle complex systems and take ownership of work.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week.
