Job summary

An innovative consulting group is seeking an experienced IT Talent Attraction & Recruiter to support their team in Spain and Poland. You will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for various technical roles while promoting the company's employer brand. Ideal candidates should possess strong IT recruitment experience and be fluent in Spanish and English. This freelance position offers competitive rates and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must have IT & technical recruitment experience.
• Experience screening and evaluating candidates through various methods.
• Technical expertise to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
• Hands-on with ATS and resume databases.
• Experience with full-stack, DevOps, Agile, cloud and data profiles.
• Strong sourcing with social media and Boolean search.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Spanish is a plus.

Job Description

We are looking for a freelance IT Talent Attraction & Recruiter to support our team in Spain & Poland

As an experienced IT recruiter you will support our future growth by identifying high potential IT profile.

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals.

How would be your day to day?

Write and post technical job descriptions

Source potential candidates on niche platforms

Sourcing candidates through direct and passive sourcing techniques

Design and customize hiring stages based on each position’s requirements

Craft job descriptions and interview question kits

Ensure communication with candidates is prompt and professional at all stages (from the moment they apply until they are on board or turned down)

Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)

Building a talent pool for frequently resourced roles, speaking with potential candidates and creating ongoing relationships

Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work

Follow the onboarding process with HR in Spain & Poland

Qualifications

Experience required:

Must have IT & technical recruitment experience

Experience screening and evaluating candidates through various methods (phone interviewing, writing assessments etc)

Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles

Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

Experience with full stack; developer, architect, DevOps, Agile, cloud and data's profiles.

Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)

Spanish and English fluent speaker. Spanish is a plus
