Summary Description of Position

The Information Technology Specialist is responsible for the effective operation of information technology (IT) services and support across the organization. The IT Specialist serves as a technical expert for the development, implementation, management, and support of systems. The IT specialist plans and carries out exciting, complex assignments and develops new methods and approaches in a wide variety of IT specialties. They evaluate new and enhanced approaches to deliver IT services; test and optimize the functionality of systems, and data; and define technical requirements.

• Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems.
• Implement security measures.
• Offer technical support to the company.
• Consulting with clients and departments to estimate IT and business issues.
• Preparing budget estimates used by executives to plan, organize, and schedule work to be approved of the projects.
• Providing training to fellow employees about project routines and implemented systems.
• Record important decisions made in meetings.
• Prepare progress reports.
• Create progress presentations for senior management.
• Ensure that team members meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Graduation: A degree in business management, project management, or a related field / Bachelor of Science in Information Tecnhology or Engineering;
• Advanced English;
• Prior experience with SAP SD, ACM or TM.
