Keep Simple abre vaga para Analista de Sistemas sênior, responsável por modernizar soluções de Annuity, Life Reinsurance e PAM. Irá atuar como elo entre necessidades regulatórias e implementações técnicas escaláveis, documentando soluções com stakeholders e equipes de suporte.

A posição exige experiência em análise técnica, integração de sistemas e domínio de SQL Server, ETL e metodologias Waterfall/Agile. Trabalho 100% remoto, com atuação internacional no setor financeiro.

Qualificações

• Bacharelado em Ciência da Computação ou similar.
• Experiência de 5–10 anos com sistemas empresariais complexos no setor financeiro.

Responsabilidades

• Atuar como ponte entre negócios, TI e fornecedores de produtos.
• Traduzir processos financeiros em requisitos funcionais e não funcionais.
• Desenhar blueprints de soluções e manter catálogo de integrações.
• Apoiar testes e documentar aplicações e sistemas.

Main responsibilities

This senior, high-impact role iscrucial for driving the modernization and evolution of ourcore Annuity, LifeReinsurance, and Portfolio Account Management (PAM) solutions.
You will operateas a Systems Analyst , serving as the critical bridge between complex regulatorybusiness needs (includingTAI Reinsurance for Annuity System) and robust,scalable technical implementations.
You will documentsolutions in partnershipwith key stakeholders and application support teams to ensure oursystemsdeliver institutional growth and stability.

Key Responsibilities & Impact:

• SolutionOwnership: Act as theprimary bridge between business units, IT teams, and externalproduct vendors;

• RequirementsEngineering: Translatecomplex financial business processes and integration needsinto clear,actionable functional and non-functional requirements;

• Design& Blueprints: Provideexpert design recommendations, own system blueprints for projectsandenhancements, and maintain the enterprise integration catalog;

• QualityAssurance: Supportrigorous testing efforts and create comprehensive application andsystemdocumentation across the organization.

Requirements and skills

Qualifications & Experience:

• To be successfulin this hybrid role, candidates must demonstrate a strong balance of technicaldepth and consultative ability.

Required Qualifications (must-have):

• Bachelor’sDegree in Computer Science or a related field;

• 5-10years of professional IT experience with a strong background in complexenterprise systems;

• Proventrack record in technical analysis and integration projects, ideally within theFinancial Services domain (Reinsurance/Life Insurance);

• Deep experience with Microsoft SQL Server, advancedSQL querying, database programming, and ETL processes (SSIS/SSRS preferred);

• Experienceutilizing both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, including strong skills indefining userstories;

• Experiencewith cloud environments (AWS desired, Azure experience a plus).

Preferred Skills& Exposure (nice to have):

• 3+years of experience in modern web development frameworks, particularly .NETFramework;

• Familiaritywith Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), EAI, and/or large-scale integrationplatformslike Informatica;

• Knowledgeof web-application server configuration (IIS, JBoss) and CI/CD pipelines.
