We are seeking a IT Project Analyst to oversee end-to-end technical implementation projects, including build, request management to external teams, deployments, IT Software instance setup, and cross-team project coordination. You will manage build and release plans, anticipate and mitigate risks and issues, to guarantee timely and quality deliverables for IT systems used by Business users. Communication to peers, management and stakeholders is key. Creativity and innovation are welcome, to implement best practices, process optimisation and automation to reduce manual and error-prone activities.
This role requires natural leadership, analytical and troubleshooting skills, and strong personal organisation to drive complex projects efficiently.
