The role is responsible for supporting HR Enterprise Applications and delivering new project initiatives. Leveraging strong expertise in HR processes and tools, the Sr. Product Owner HR Applications will provide business guidance, support, and capture business requirements, drive project and enhancement definitions, categorization, and delivery. This position is suitable for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit capable of driving projects and supporting all HR processes (HRM, Payroll, C&B, Talent, Mobility, Learning, etc.). Collaborating with corporate and regional HR stakeholders, the individual will implement governance, ensure long-term business and IT roadmap alignment, and support operational change. Working closely with project managers and other IT support organizations, the individual will advocate for the HR business within the IT organization to drive delivery and exceed expectations.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field.
