Luxoft is seeking a capable IT Project Manager for QA and Release teams to drive governance rituals, track cross-stream QA support, and manage dependencies. The role involves coordinating with Dev, QA, Config, and Ops teams to ensure timely resolutions and robust release processes.

Strong documentation and reporting skills are essential. The candidate will produce executive dashboards and assist the PMO lead with workload coordination, contributing to project success across multiple asset

Qualificações

• Experience with Murex MX.3 environments or related vendor coordination.
• Ability to run governance rituals, schedule cross-stream meetings, prepare agendas, and capture actions.
• Track and follow up cross-stream QA support requests across business and IT streams.
• Elevate blockers proactively and manage dependencies across Dev/QA/Config/Environment/Ops/Production Support.

Responsabilidades

• Track cross-stream QA support requests and monitor status for timely resolution.
• Track dependencies across streams (Dev, QA, Config, Environment, Ops, Production Support) and elevate blockers.
• Maintain/improve release processes and QA workflows on Confluence/SharePoint.
• Produce consolidated status reporting and dashboards for senior management, including risk/issue tracking.
• Support Release & QA Management lead with workload coordination and ad-hoc PMO activities.

• IT PM for QA & Release Teams- Run governance rituals: schedule and facilitate cross-stream meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes and actions, and drive follow-ups to closure.- Track and follow up cross-stream QA support requests across business and IT streams; monitor status and drive timely resolution.- Track dependencies across streams (Dev, QA, Config, Environment, Ops, Production Support) and elevate blockers proactively.- Maintain and continuously improve process documentation (release processes, binary patch workflow, QA support intake) on Confluence/SharePoint.- Produce consolidated status reporting and dashboards for senior management, including risk and issue tracking.- Support the Release & QA Management lead with workload coordination and ad-hoc PMO activities.

SKILLS

Must have

• - Exposure to Murex (MX.3) environments, binary patch cycles, or vendor coordination with Murex.- Run governance rituals: schedule and facilitate cross-stream meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes and actions, and drive follow-ups to closure.- Track and follow up cross-stream QA support requests across business and IT streams; monitor status and drive timely resolution.- Track dependencies across streams (Dev, QA, Config, Environment, Ops, Production Support) and elevate blockers proactively.- Maintain and continuously improve process documentation (release processes, binary patch workflow, QA support intake) on Confluence/SharePoint.- Produce consolidated status reporting and dashboards for senior management, including risk and issue tracking.- Support the Release & QA Management lead with workload coordination and ad-hoc PMO activities.

Nice to have

• - Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tooling (pipelines, branching/merge governance, automated regression).
• - Experience with PEGA-based workflows
• - Experience w/ test management tools (e.g., MxTest).
• - Prior experience standing up or maturing PMO/governance functions in a growing program.
