Viridien is seeking an IT Intern to join the Rio de Janeiro IT team, supporting local operations and end users. You will gain hands-on experience in ITSM, Service Desk operations, and technical support activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level Service Desk and Help Desk support to end users.
• Monitor, triage, and update IT support tickets in the ITSM platform, ensuring adherence to service levels and escalation procedures.
• Assist users with hardware, software, and Windows-related issues.
• Support user account administration, including onboarding, offboarding, and access requests.
• Configure and provide support for laptops, desktops, smartphones, and peripheral devices.
• Support video conferencing systems and meeting room technology.
• Assist in troubleshooting common network, connectivity, and printing issues.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, stock control, and spare parts management.
• Document incidents, service requests, solutions, and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with local and global IT teams to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to IT services and support processes.
