Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, and storage across on‑premise and cloud environments. This role requires hands‑on expertise and a proactive, service‑oriented mindset.

You will work in a fast‑growth, cross‑functional setting with SOX compliance, disaster recovery planning, and vendor management. Strong communication and the ability to work independently, including after hours, are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience with enterprise networks, servers and storage.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper equipment and software.
• Experience deploying and administering firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Server OS & Active Directory.
• Strong experience with AWS and Azure in a cloud-first approach.
• SOX-regulated environment experience is required.
• Disaster recovery and business continuity planning experience.
• Experience with Office 365 Mail, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Experience with patch deployment and vulnerability remediation.
• Self-motivated, independent worker with strong documentation discipline.
• Strong vendor management and cross-team collaboration experience.
• Ability to operate in a 24x7 international company (US & EMEA).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across multiple teams and domains.
• Serve as internal escalation point for day-to-day operations.
• Plan and execute projects across the infrastructure landscape.
• Lead infrastructure and systems projects and applications.
• Device lifecycle support including vulnerability remediation, firmware upgrades, decommission, documentation.
• Mentor less senior staff.
• Vendor management for hardware, software and services.
• Help define and execute the enterprise infrastructure strategy.
• Support global operations for remote, manufacturing and office-based workforces.

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, and storage across on-premise and cloud environments.

MUST HAVES

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience with enterprise local and wide area networks, servers and storage systems.
• Network Equipment Experience: hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper equipment and software.
• Strong experience deploying and administering firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure (Physical and Virtual).
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Server operating Systems & Active Directory.
• Strong experience with cloud compute and storage (AWS and Azure) with cloud first approach.
• Experience working in a SOX regulated company a must.
• Previous experience developing disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft collaboration suite (Office 365 Mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Experience with patch deployment required.
• Self-sufficient, self-managed, self-motivated, must be effective working independently.

• Upper-intermediate English level.

• Minimum AA degree in Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience.
• Cisco Certification a plus.
• AWS/Azure Certifications a plus.
• Networking certifications preferred.
• Experience with network and systems monitoring a plus.
• Experience with ITIL a plus.

• Previous experience in healthcare, life-science, pharma or bio company a plus.
