Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, and storage across on‑premise and cloud environments. You will implement observable, secure, and fault-tolerant solutions while guiding and coordinating across multiple teams.

In this fast‑growing company, you will work with Firewall/WAN/LAN equipment, manage Active Directory and Microsoft 365 services, and partner with vendors to ensure robust uptime and compliance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience with enterprise networks, servers and storage.
• Hands-on with Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper equipment and software.
• Experience deploying and administering firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Server OS & Active Directory.
• Strong cloud experience with AWS and Azure (cloud-first).
• Experience in a SOX regulated company.
• Experience disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Experience with patch deployment.
• Self-sufficient, service-oriented, able to work independently.
• Willing to work after hours; fast-growth environment.
• Vendor interfacing; 24x7 international operations.
• Excellent communication; upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and support corporate networks, servers, storage, telephony and systems.
• Implement observable, secure and fault-tolerant solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple teams and domains.
• Serve as an internal escalation point for day-to-day operations.
• Plan and execute projects across the infrastructure landscape.
• Lead and participate in infrastructure, systems and application projects.
• Device lifecycle support – vulnerability remediation, firmware upgrades, decommission, document.
• Mentor less senior staff.
• Vendor management and interaction for hardware, software, and service troubleshooting and resolution.
• Help define and execute the strategy for infrastructure and systems across the enterprise.
• Support global operations for remote, manufacturing and office-based workforces.

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, and storage across on-premise and cloud environments.

MUST HAVES

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience with enterprise local and wide area networks, servers and storage systems.
• Network Equipment Experience: hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper equipment and software.
• Strong experience deploying and administering firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure (Physical and Virtual).
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Server operating Systems & Active Directory.
• Strong experience with cloud compute and storage (AWS and Azure) with cloud first approach.
• Experience working in a SOX regulated company a must.
• Previous experience developing disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft collaboration suite (Office 365 Mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Experience with patch deployment required.
• Self-sufficient, self-managed, self-motivated, must be effective working independently.
• A service-oriented mindset with a focus on creating value for our internal customers and business partners.
• High energy and ability to work independently in a very fast growth environment.
• Discipline to document your work required.
• Ability to work with a project oriented approach for deliverables.

• Upper-intermediate English level.

• Minimum AA degree in Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience.
• Cisco Certification a plus.
• AWS/Azure Certifications a plus.
• Networking certifications preferred.
• Experience with network and systems monitoring a plus.
• Experience with ITIL a plus.
• Experience with Linux a plus.
• Previous experience in healthcare, life-science, pharma or bio company a plus.
