Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. seeks an IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, and storage across on-premise and cloud environments.

You will implement secure, observable, fault-tolerant solutions and provide technical leadership across multiple teams. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in enterprise networking, hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco and Juniper equipment, and strong Active Directory and cloud (AWS/Azure) skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of hands-on engineering with networks, servers, storage.
• Experience with Palo Alto, Cisco and Juniper equipment and software.
• Strong firewall, switch, and wireless infrastructure management.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Server OS & Active Directory.
• Cloud experience with AWS and Azure and a cloud-first approach.
• SOX regulated environment experience and disaster recovery planning.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (Mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Ability to document work and work independently in fast-growth settings.

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, and storage across on-premise and cloud environments.

MUST HAVES

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience with enterprise local and wide area networks, servers and storage systems.
• Network Equipment Experience: hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper equipment and software.
• Strong experience deploying and administering firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure (Physical and Virtual).
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Server operating Systems & Active Directory.
• Strong experience with cloud compute and storage (AWS and Azure) with cloud first approach.
• Experience working in a SOX regulated company a must.
• Previous experience developing disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft collaboration suite (Office 365 Mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Experience with patch deployment required.
• Self-sufficient, self-managed, self-motivated, must be effective working independently.
• A service-oriented mindset with a focus on creating value for our internal customers and business partners.

• Upper-intermediate English level.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Responsible for the design, build and support of corporate networks, servers, storage, telephony and systems.
• Implement observable, secure and fault-tolerant solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, support and direction across multiple teams and domains.
• Serve as an internal escalation point for day-to-day operations.
• Plan and execute projects across the infrastructure landscape.
• Lead and participate in infrastructure and systems and application projects.
• Device lifecycle support – vulnerability remediation, firmware upgrades, decommission, document.
• Mentor less senior staff.
• Vendor management and interaction for hardware, software, and service troubleshooting and resolution.
• Help define and execute the strategy for infrastructure and systems across the enterprise.
• Support global operations for remote, manufacturing and office-based workforces.
