Jobtailor in São Paulo seeks a senior IT governance leader to establish policies, standards, and decision forums that drive value for the business.

You will coordinate IT risk, controls, compliance, audits, and the portfolio of IT initiatives while strengthening vendor management and strategic alignment with business priorities. You will present results to the Board, mentor the team, and cultivate a governance culture across IT and business units.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Postgraduate degree or MBA in Governance, Risk, Compliance, or related field preferred.
• Experience in IT Governance, risk management, controls, auditing, compliance, and strategic planning.
• Knowledge of COBIT and ITIL.
• Knowledge of metrics management, project portfolio management, vendor management, and IT budgeting.
• Experience with Information Security, business continuity, and technology service management.
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and influence-based leadership.
• Knowledge of the financial services market and sector regulations is a plus.
• Easy access to Itaim Bibi area of São Paulo.

• Lead IT Governance by establishing policies, standards, processes, decision‑making forums, and best practices
• Promote strategic alignment between IT and business areas
• Cascade objectives, monitor initiatives, and ensure value creation for the organization
• Manage IT risks, controls, and compliance
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate the portfolio of IT projects, demands, and investments
• Monitor priorities, costs, risks, benefits, and strategic alignment
• Manage KPIs, KRIs, SLAs, and OLAs
• Promote continuous improvement of technology processes and services
• Strengthen governance of vendors, contracts, budgets, assets, documentation, changes, incidents, continuity, and operational stability
• Lead committees, executive reporting, and stakeholder relationships
• Present results, risks, and metrics to the Board, business areas, Audit, Compliance, and Information Security
• Develop the team and promote a governance culture

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Postgraduate degree or MBA in Governance, Risk, Compliance, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in IT Governance, risk management, controls, auditing, compliance, and strategic planning
• Knowledge of COBIT and ITIL
• Knowledge of metrics management, project portfolio management, vendor management, and IT budgeting
