Jobtailor in Brazil is seeking an IT leader to coordinate the Supply Chain IT team, maintaining SAP SD/MM, WMS and TMS, and ensuring system stability for logistics operations.

You will liaise with Logistics, Planning, Procurement and Distribution Centers, drive project implementations, manage vendors, and promote automation and integration across corporate systems while leading a high-performance team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience leading IT teams and projects.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP SD and SAP MM modules.
• Experience with warehouse and transportation systems (WMS/TMS).
• Fluent English for international meetings and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the IT team responsible for Supply Chain solutions, ensuring the maintenance and support of SAP, WMS and TMS systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between IT and business areas (Logistics, Planning, Procurement, Distribution Centers and Transportation).
• Lead implementation, improvement and integration projects for systems related to the supply chain.
• Manage vendors, consultants and external partners, monitoring contracts, schedules, deliverables and performance indicators.
• Ensure stability, availability and performance of critical logistics operation systems (WMS, TMS and SAP).
• Identify process improvement opportunities, promoting automation, standardization and innovation.
• Support solution architecture initiatives, system integrations and IT governance.
• Manage budgets, risks, schedules and project KPIs under your responsibility.
• Lead and develop the technical team, promoting a collaborative, results‑oriented environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
• Proven experience managing IT teams and leading projects.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and SAP MM (Materials Management) modules.
• Solid experience with logistics systems, especially:
• WMS (Warehouse Management System);
• TMS (Transportation Management System).
• Experience with integrations between corporate systems and logistics platforms.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain processes, including:
• Inventory management;
• Replenishment/Procurement;
• Distribution Center (DC) operations;
• Shipping;
• Transportation;
• Invoicing and distribution.
• Experience with project management and demand management methodologies.
• Fluent English (spoken and written), with the ability to lead meetings, negotiations and presentations in an international environment.
