Qualificações

• Technical degree completed or Bachelor’s Degree underway in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS, ChromeOS), and computer networks.
• Familiarity with user support in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Desirable: experience in an educational setting, familiarity with MDM, network printers, interactive projectors, and online learning platforms.

The IT Support Assistant will support creating a seamless and functional technology environment for our community. The primary focus of this position is providing user support, maintaining hardware and systems, and ensuring reliable connectivity across school operations. This includes assisting staff and students with technical troubleshooting, modeling professional communication, and proactively resolving daily IT requests.

Mandatory Requirements

• Technical degree completed or Bachelor’s Degree underway in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Information Systems, or related fields;
• Basic knowledge of hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS, ChromeOS), and computer networks;
• Familiarity with user support in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 environments;
• Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work effectively in a team;
• Desirable: previous experience in an educational setting, familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM), network printers, interactive projectors, and online learning platforms.

Working Hours

• 44 hours per week - Monday to Friday from m 8:00 a.m. to 5:48 p.m.
