Crédit Agricole CIB Brasil is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to join the Global Investment Banking (GIB) division. You will work on M&A, equity capital markets, and specialized financing, supporting execution teams and building financial models. The role emphasizes industry research, company profiling, and pitching materials.

The candidate will contribute to data rooms, due diligence, and client meetings, leveraging models such as DCF, DDM, and merger scenarios.

Qualificações

• Must hold a Master’s degree.
• Be under 29 years old.
• EU citizen (excluding Franco-Brazilian dual citizenship).

Responsabilidades

• Search for information about industry and companies.
• Prepare industry overviews, sector overview and company profiles including description, shareholders, financial highlights, recent developments, etc.
• Perform comparable analysis: trading and transaction multiples.
• Contribute to pitch books.
• Support of execution teams: create and maintain deal information log and meeting minutes, assist in due diligence activities (e.g. preparation of data room), arrange and prepare materials for client meetings.
• Support in financial modeling (discounted cash flows, dividends discount model, transaction and precedent transaction multiples, merger models, LBO models)

You will join Crédit Agricole CIB Brasil as an Investment Banking Analyst. You will be part of the Global Investment Banking(GIB) division which advises clients in context of Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity Capital Markets transactions and specialized financing.

Your concrete missions will be the following

• Search for information about industry and companies
• Prepare industry overviews, sector overview and company profiles including description, shareholders, financial highlights, recent developments, etc.
• Perform comparable analysis: trading and transaction multiples.
• Contribute to pitch books
• Support of execution teams: create and maintain deal information log and meeting minutes, assist in due diligence activities (e.g. preparation of data room), arrange and prepare materials for client meetings
• Support in financial modeling (discounted cash flows, dividends discount model, transaction and precedent transaction multiples, merger models, LBO models)

To be eligible for a VIE

• Be less than 29years old ;
• Be postgraduate of a Master degree ;
• Be EUcitizen (excluding Franco-Brazilian dual citizenship)
